I am pleased to annouce the establishment of the Coach of the Year Award "CYA". The 2024-25 CYA will be given in the April of 2025 after the Ramadan. This is a yearly Award that PakTennis.com will award to the best coach in Pakistan as per the recommendations of the CYA committee.
I will soon form and announce the committee. Honorable coaches must not forget to register at www.PakTennis.com. The is an effort to promote professionalism and quality coaching in Pakistan Tennis.
The Award for 2024-25 is dedicated to honor the memory of Mian Jamal Shah Kakakhail (ra) of Nowshera. Mian Sahib was a spiritual leader for many of his disciples and friends alike, a philanthropist and a visionary politician who served Pakistan as a provincial and federal minister on numerous occasions from 1950s up until 1988, when he retired from the politics to focus solely on the welfare of underprivileged citizens of Pakistan. His son, Mian Yousaf Jamal Shah, will present the cash prize for CYA 2024-25 to the winner as recommended by the committee.

My vote is for Head Coach of Pakistan Asim Shafiik. He has proven the best performance in 2024 by coaching top Shoaib Khan, Yusaf Khan, Barkatullah and King of Aces Muzammil Murtaza.
