Fake or not, he was ITF senior 55 plus champion in Pakistan for 3 consecutive years and he also defeated Mehboob ullah Haq many times. GUL was also coach for Aqeel Khan Pakistan No. 1. He also won Professional No 1 for 3 years back in the 1970s
