I am jump starting my tennis tomorrow with Sajad Margala. Can any coach help me with my volley and smash? What exercises you recommend for a 55 year old as warm up and cool down to prevent injuries and also to increase flexibility to quicker movement on and off the court. Height 5'10 weight 100 kg biceps 24
